I recently acquired all of my home's furnishings, and the experience was fantastic. The staff is excellent ( including security ). They were prompt in its delivery. One or two things had small damage, and they agreed to replace them. It's a large store where you'll find almost every type of furniture ( both budget and premium ). They were willing to customise the furniture to meet our demands, and they did so in a very short amount of time. Overall, it was a pleasurable experience for me. (In reality, I went to 6-7 other stores in Kochi before deciding on this one.)

Staff was courteous, the room was clean, and it was all the more honest since it was close to the temple. While vacating, I left my utility pack and casually called the staff, and Mr. Suresh Babu made sure it was returned to me. Excellent and much-appreciated service.
