KIMS Hospitals Thrissur

KIMS Hospitals Thrissur is a multispecialty hospital on Guruvayur Road, Punkunnam, Thrissur, Kerala 680002. It is part of the KIMS Hospitals group, one of India’s prominent corporate healthcare networks. The hospital sits close to Punkunnam railway station and the city centre, so it is easy to reach for residents of Thrissur and the neighbouring districts.

The KIMS Hospitals group, also known as Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, was founded in 2000 by Dr. Bhaskar Rao Bollineni and is listed on the BSE and NSE. It entered Kerala in 2024 through an operations and management partnership with Westfort Hospital in Thrissur. The group has also announced plans to develop advanced transplant services in the city. This pairs the group’s corporate standards with an established local hospital.

Patients can consult specialists in areas such as cardiology, nephrology, urology, neurology, orthopaedics, gynaecology, general medicine and general surgery. Supporting services typically include round-the-clock emergency and trauma care, CT scan and X-ray imaging, a pathology laboratory, a blood bank and a pharmacy. This helps patients complete diagnosis and treatment under one roof.

Whether you need a routine check-up, a specialist consultation, diagnostic tests or urgent care, KIMS Hospitals Thrissur is a convenient choice for families in the region. Health check-up packages, such as diabetic and senior citizen screenings, may also be available. Please contact the hospital directly to confirm appointments, doctor availability and the latest facilities before you visit.
